This position in collaboration with the Information Technology (IT) team will provide time sensitive, complete solutions to the internal as well as external customers. This position supports our Microsoft Windows based systems, workstation environment by performing initial troubleshooting of problems, researching and answering questions, and escalating to the appropriate team members as necessary. This position must have the ability to coordinate at multiple levels and provide great customer service in a timely manner.
Hourly pay range: $23.85 - $34.92 

Education - Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Microsoft certification (MCP) or equivalent is required. Other relevant certifications is preferred.
Experience - Three to five years of hands-on experience supporting users in a production environment.
Other Requirement(s) - Multi-lingual preferred.
