The Customer Solution Technology Team operates as a mix of Product Specialists plus Technical Support for all technical issues related to TikTok Shop.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support on-calls in a high volume environment
• Become an expert in all domains related to TikTok Shop ranging from selling products in Tiktok Shop to fulfilling orders to helping creators go live
• Work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Engineering, Product Managers and other E-Commerce teams to troubleshoot or route complex issues
• Provide suggestions to improve internal processes including documentation and solutions to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce space, technical support or product specialist

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns while also demonstrating the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills, self-starter attitude with the ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79420 - $171422 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
