Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including schools, sports teams, and athletic organizations, through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and social media.

Product Expertise: Develop a deep knowledge of our athletic uniform offerings, including materials, customization options, and pricing, to effectively present them to potential customers.

Custom Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique uniform needs and create customized solutions that meet their requirements.

Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations, addressing client inquiries and concerns to drive sales.

Lead Qualification: Assess and prioritize leads to maximize your sales efficiency.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

Closing Sales: Utilize effective negotiation and closing techniques to meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Passion for sports and a basic understanding of athletic uniforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn the art of sales.
• Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior sales experience is advantageous but not required for entry-level candidates.
