Job description – Account Coordinator

Protime Sports is a Seattle-based sportswear wholesaler that specializes in marketing and selling customized sports apparel and equipment nation-wide to teams, clubs and dealers. We are an industry leader and as meticulous about the customer service experience as we are about the quality of our products.

Qualified applicants should possess excellent organizational and computer skills, an ability to multi-task, have great communication skills along with an interest in a long-term career path that allows growth within a stable company.

Order Processing:

  • Receive customer orders via various channels, such as email, or online stores.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, customization details, and shipping information.
  • Input order information into Quickbooks, and create documents for production.

Data Entry:

  • Accurately enter and update customer information, order details, and shipping instructions in the database.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all orders, including order status and shipment tracking.

Communication:

  • Communicate with customers and internal departments to clarify order information or address any order-related issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about customization options, order status, shipping, and product availability.

Quality Control:

  • Verify that orders comply with company policies and pricing guidelines.

Order Tracking:

  • Monitor order progress from entry to shipment and delivery, and provide updates to customers as needed.
  • Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and inventory, to resolve order-related problems.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or Bachelors.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of order management software and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
