Cornerstone OnDemand Service Desk Team Overview Corporate Technology Services is a global team that manages all internal corporate systems and touches all facets of the business. We assist with onboarding/offboarding and provide on-site and remote technical support for all Cornerstone employees. We also work with cross functional teams on strategic projects to improve processes and for overall company alignment. What youll be doing: Providing outstanding customer service to Cornerstars Supporting a wide variety of hardware devices - workstations, laptops, tablets, phones Helping customers manage software installations and hardware repair Collaborate with team members and other IT personnel to resolve user issues Documenting system configurations, developing knowledge base articles Attend weekly team meetings Other duties as assigned What were looking for: Excellent communication and inter-personal presentation skills Customer service focus technically oriented while maintaining the ability to positively interact with non-technical clients
