We are looking for eager and passionate Executive Assistant to join our client company's healthcare organization. We are looking for candidate who will support the CEO of the organization and has a passion to work in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have strong MS OFFICE skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a desire to learn! We are looking for individuals who can work independently but also within a team environment. Growing non profit organization is looking . Tenacity and a strong work-ethic are keys to success with this role. Candidates also must be willing to work overtime as needed. Some inter-city travel may be required as well on occasion. Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED
This is not an entry-level role. Please have strong reporting experience and excel skills. We are looking for candidates that have some experience working in a fast-paced office environment. We are looking for candidates with at least 3 - years of EA experience supporting a C executive and experienced in preparing for Board of Director mtgs. . Bachelor's degree is required. Bilingual is highly preferred. This is NOT a REMOTE position and you must be vaccinated with COVID and Flu vaccine
