We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our incredible team. We are seeking a professional, ambitious, and growth-oriented employee to fill this position. The individual will be responsible for the direct management and oversight of assigned multifamily residential property/properties. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, asset value, and revenue as well as aggressively manage delinquency, oversee daily operations, and build/motivate the team. The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
Compensation:$55,000 - $70,000 yearly DOE
