Job Description

ProSidian Consulting seeks a Management and Operations Senior Consultant to lead design, development and delivery of client solutions for our Consulting practice. The Management and Operations Senior Consultant plays an integral role in successfully designing, planning and executing client engagements and building the firm's reputation for quality service. This includes researching, pursuing, and documenting possible business opportunities; supporting and managing our proposal development process; managing client relationships and deliverables; and developing teams while communicating with appropriate stakeholders. ProSidian Management and Operations Senior Consultant Profile

• Generally, Management and Operations Senior Consultant s have a BA or equivalent qualification, an MBA, and > 5-7 years’ experience, with at least 50% in Management and Operations Consulting. Task and assignment lead; Performer of complex analysis;
• Contributor and co-pilot on engagement pursuits, Develops recommendations for clients; Develops deeper functional knowledge in ProSidian capability areas.
• Lead and direct data collection and analysis roles in structuring, performing analysis, conducting primary research, pursuing opportunities, and delivering engagements that uncover insights that support our recommendations to clients.
• Lead and direct team recommendations, engagement pursuits, and problem solving for clients. Enhances Management and Operations Consulting and functional skills.
• Your skills & behaviors that demonstrate success include all activities from previous levels (Associate Level 1 & Level 2).
• There are three stages to Senior Associates at Level 2 (Senior Associate 2.1, Senior Associate 2.2, & Senior Associate 2.3)

Our Services are deployed across the enterprise, target drivers of economic profit (growth, margin and efficiency), and are aligned at the intersections of assets, processes, policies and people delivering value.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and/or lead proposal or engagement teams
• Coordinate and execute research, data collection, and analysis
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including financial or business modeling
• Develop and present solutions and recommendations
• Implement strategies, solutions, and recommendations
• Actively participate in business development activities, creating strong working relationships with clients.
• Be an active participant within a team that provides thought leadership, project support artifacts and analytical concepts for use within the practice.
• Lead engagement teams on complex projects
• Develop junior team members
• Any other responsibilities as required

Qualifications

The ideal Management and Operations Senior Consultant shall have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and greater than 3-5 years’ experience, with at least 50% in consulting.

Other Requirements

• Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
• Curiosity – the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo.
• Humility – exhibits grace in success and failure
