We’re hiring reliable, experienced Unarmed Security Officer / Front Desk The persons in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by patrolling, monitoring premises, and performing search procedures.

Shifts include: F/T

Morning-Afternoon

Mon-Fri: 0800-1700

Sat-Sun: OFF

Hourly starting wage: $16.00/HR

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security/safety of premises
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property
• Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs)
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Monitor for irregular or unusual activities
• Enforce facility and company policies and procedures
• Investigate and prepare reports on incidents

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have Customer Service Experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good communications skills
• Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior"
• Ability to speak effectively in English & Spanish welcoming owners, guests, and vendors. Knowing additional languages is a plus.
• 1-2 years front desk and security experience.
• CCTV Cameras experience.
