Job Title: Office Administrator

Southeastern Real Estate Group is a thriving commercial development and real estate brokerage company that has provided these services for over thirty years. We are continuing to grow as we are constantly adding new commercial and residential developments to our already busy schedule. We are looking for a new team member to provide administrative assistance to the team.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. To include support to the CEO, President, Chief Legal Counsel and others as needed.
· Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, schedule conference calls and support visitors.
· Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
· Ensures operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
· Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
· Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and packages.
· Maintain sale in process files and listing files for the real estate agents.
· Monitor real estate license renewal for the company and agents.
· Assist with loan documents, legal filings, tenant leases and basic correspondence.
· Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail.
· Prepare materials for presentations and meetings.
· Assist coordinating and booking travel for company employees.
· Assist with planning and implementing client entertainment, lodging and other hospitality efforts throughout year and during Masters golf tournament.
· Deliver documents, correspondence, checks, etc. as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Years of Exp: 3-5 years administrative experience
Experience with working as a legal assistant or in a real estate office is a plus
Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Computer savvy with a willingness to learn new programs.
Photoshop a plus.

Pay: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour
