Delta Life Insurance Company, a 65 year old Atlanta Georgia based Insurance Company, is seeking a PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for our Augusta, GA Branch Office. We are seeking a reliable person desiring to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment, handling All FRONT OFFICE administrative duties. Applicant must possess and be able to demonstrate skills in the following disciplines:

  • Proficient typing skills
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software packages, specifically Microsoft Office
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills (data entry)
  • Strong Organizational abilities
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A polite phone manner
  • Good customer service skills
  • Dependability
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Life insurance license (preferred not required)

****MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST****

Financial Duties:

  • Handling money
  • Invoicing customers
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable
  • Generating financial and operational reports
  • Reconciling bank and credit accounts
  • Processing payments

Education:

High School diploma or GED (Required)

Shift and schedule:

Typical start time: 8am

Typical end time: 5pm

Pay:

$14.00 /hour

This Job Is:

  • A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.

Work remotely:
