We are looking for an experienced catering sales professional to propel this property to new heights. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive special events sales, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other gatherings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to create customized event packages tailored to clients' needs and preferences.
  • Conduct site tours, tastings, and meetings with prospective clients to showcase our venue and services.
  • Manage the entire event sales process from initial inquiry to contract negotiation, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in special events sales management within the hospitality industry (3 years' minimum).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and presentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and networks.
