- Work in conjunction with Project Manager to complete the jobs by their designated deadline.
- Provide exceptional customer service with very clear communication.
- Enter the required PM data into “Tracking Sheets”.
- Forecast the installation of projects.
- Progress invoice projects one week prior to install.
- Report anticipated upcoming closures and funds.
- Enter schedule for installations in Google Calendar, create work order and Google Directions.
- Communicate daily schedule with Installation and Manufacture departments
- Visit the customers as needed.
- Manage the completion of job and final inspection for final billing.
- Turn in billing information to Accounting Department.
- Receive calls.
- Work with a positive attitude.
- Team player attitude.
- Arrive promptly each morning and plan to work up to 50 hours per week as needed.
- Create completion packages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excel, Word, and Spreadsheet experience a must.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Self-Motivator. Strong sense of urgency.
- Personable with excellent communication skills*
- Demonstrates excellent customer service*
- Shows consistent professionalism and good judgment.
