Job Brief 

PromoCentric is looking to hire an Experienced (5-10 years minimum) Finance Team Member responsible for Managing the company’s Accounting transactions, Invoicing, Data Entry and General Accounting Functions. 

Responsibilities 

• Monitor and manage the firm’s Accounts Payable cycle and prepare weekly vendor payments 
• Accounts Receivable invoicing 

• Make regular journal entries into financial software 
• Perform monthly account reconciliations 
• Maintain the month-end closing procedure and schedule 
• Attend, prepare and participate in Finance Team meetings
• Collaborate with Controller to create internal controls and policies 

• Ensure accounting activities are accurate, timely, and in compliance with all generally accepted accounting principles.
