We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent work ethic and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is an office job with 8-5, M-F hours.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain pricing and provide quotes for customers
- Request information from customer regarding order specifications
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Submit orders for processing

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of basic marketing and sales skills
