Prominence Hospitality Group is Hiring a District Manager Near Sheboygan, WI

We are seeking a District Manager to lead 3-6 Popeyes restaurants located in Wisconsin. This position will be WI based and relocation assistance is available. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all locations meet and exceed operational standards. This individual is also accountable for the growth and development of restaurants and team members. The ideal candidate for this role will have 10 years of experience in the following areas: staffing, store operations, frozen food distribution, chain restaurants, restaurant management, training & development & multi-unit management with customer service being the top priority.

What you will do as our next District Manager

  • Accountable for leading multi-unit restaurant operations leadership in driving store sales and goals in alignment with the company strategic plan.
  • Partner with operations leadership to define territory budget and sales goals; aligns with above restaurant leadership on execution of such plans.
  • Plan, organize and establish best practices for the distribution of frozen foods.
  • Coach Managers on Profit and Loss statements; provides guidance and corrective action on labor, food, waste, and other controllable measures on a periodic basis as well as on inventory control, local store marketing, on premise and off premise order production and delivery in support of sales growth and the strategic plan.
  • Responsible for Training, Recruiting, being creative, proactive, entrepreneurial, self-motivated and problem solving.
  • Ensure Managers comply with company policies and procedures on employee safety, food safety, brand standards, cash handling, facility maintenance, staffing levels, Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Coaches and trains leadership on standards and redirects as necessary.
  • Provide training and resources to managers and staff to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate the company values; perform all other tasks as directed by the company leadership team to include all Above Store Leadership and their assigned representatives.

What you need to be successful as District Manager

  • 5 - 7 years' experience in the hospitality industry ideally Restuarant management.
  • Excellent leadership and communications skills
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Experience to negotiate, sell and influence potential buyers.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Strong computer skills, understanding of revenue and management principles.
  • Flexible schedule and attitude when job demands.
