Job Summary: The Project Manager at Prominence Health fulfills a role in managing and driving key strategic projects and programs within the organization, with a focus on health plan innovation, value-based care, and support services enhancement. The responsibilities encompass collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives aligned with the organization's long-term goals and objectives.
The Project Manager is responsible for assessing, designing, developing, and implementing projects. The position is responsible for 4 key measures of project success: client satisfaction, budget, timeline, and scope. This position is a key supporting role with a high level of responsibility and impact. The Project Manager will hold project teams accountable to timelines and commitments, ensuring a seamless, successful implementation.

QualificationsQualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related health care degree, MBA, or master’s in public health.
  • Two years of Project Management experience working within the Healthcare Insurance industry preferred.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and experience using databases and demonstrated proficiency in a variety of computer applications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to convey goals and objectives clearly and in a compelling manner; listen effectively and clarify as needed.
  • Confidence in decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage projects and multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Self-motivated and able to provide results with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in managing multiple project and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as personal initiative to lead people
