For over 40 years, United Construction has successfully designed and built over 40 million square feet of facilities in the United States. Our portfolio of completed projects includes diversified building types that consist of private and public sector education, institutional, office, aviation, retail, medical and special use facilities in addition to our resume of industrial and tenant improvement projects. More than 50% of United Constructions completed projects during our history have been accomplished under Design-Build and Design-Assist (CMAR) delivery methods with both public and private sector customers.
