Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a trusted partner with federal health and social services agencies, is seeking a Front End Developer to support work with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)/Veterans Health Administration (VHA).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Front End Developer will work as part of an existing research development team to further enhance and progress the VINCIAbstract research tool. They will be expected to come up with functional wire frame GUI mockups and help to develop the GUI front-end of the tool using the approved and standard technologies currently in use such as REACT.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5 years’ experience in front end software development
• Experience with front end development i.e.: (JavaScript ECMAScript 9 , Typescript, HTML5, SCSS, Angular 6 )
• Strong understanding of and experience with REACTJS, JSX, UI/UX
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify alternatives
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorship
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• SharePoint, HTML, CSS, Node.JS
• Desired experience includes: Biostatistician, Dashboards, Graphics, Writer
