Accounting Clerk needed for a pharmaceutical company located in North Brunswick, NJ for temp-to-hire
In this role, you will support the Controller with the following responsibilities.
About the role:
- Organize and Process Financial Transactions
- Financial transaction organization by keying data, sorting documents, and processing digital and cash transactions.
- Prepare Month-End Reports.
- Reconcile transaction, budget, and expense reports for monthly reporting.
- Maintain Financial Filing Systems -maintain and oversee financial filing systems to streamline companies financial processes.
- Manage Accounts Payable and track loans, credit balances, and other accounts payable information with detailed balance sheets.
- Pay and file invoices and track the status of each account.
- May assist with office-related duties. These tasks include answering phones, organizing mail, and ordering office supplies.
- Will be overseeing all invoice & billing transactions.
