Summary: The successful candidate will provide a full range of on-site, person-centered, strengths-based services to a caseload of approximately 20-25 clients with the objective to help people live fulfilling lives in the community. The Case Manager will be responsible for counseling, client intakes, case management, and counseling and aftercare services. The manager will collaborate with colleagues to meet the needs of their caseload and achieve program success while fulfilling core purpose, value, and vision.
