Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Nurse to join our team. As a Hospice Nurse, you will provide specialized care and support to patients and their families during end-of-life stages. Your role will involve providing comfort, managing symptoms, and ensuring the highest quality of life for patients in their final days.
Role/ Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient responses to interventions
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
- Educate patients and families on disease progression, symptom management, and end-of-life care options
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in CA
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care, but offer new grad training as well.
- Knowledge of family planning principles and practices
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques
- Proficient in taking vital signs and assessing patient aliment
- or ambulatory surgery center is a plus
-Valid RN License to practice in CA
-Current BLS/CPR certification
-Valid CA Driver’s license

Pay: $90,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
