Job Description

We are currently hiring a Senior Manager, Sales to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!

This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely.

YOU ARE: A high-powered sales professional with extensive experience building relationships and driving revenue. You will be responsible for managing a field sales organization that partners with specific retail partner(s), comprising approximately 25 salespeople across the nation. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the field sales team, optimizing field coverage, measuring sales impact and driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). This role is part of a matrixed organization that will lead a team executing and aligning on a joint strategy supporting multiple sales divisions. To be effective in this role, you must enjoy building and managing teams, sales processes, building and innovating new approaches. You will work cross-functionally with various departments within and outside of sales to achieve strategic objectives and execute against various strategies.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead sales field organization for the assigned retail partner(s), including achieving sales and growth goals, ensuring alignment across the organization and executing the go-to-market strategy for the team 
  • Achieve growth targets for the business through developing, managing, coaching and refining sales skills across the team 
  • Responsible for executing, measuring and improving sales impact on Lease-to-Own (LTO) 
  • Ability to empower, measure, motivate, monitor and hold the team accountable for activities and attainment of sales goals 
  • Ensure the team effectively leverages sales tools and systems consistently and in alignment with strategic goals and objectives 
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, finance, technology and people to achieve key strategic objectives 
  • Manage and measure KPIs for the sales organization that support company objectives
  • Analyze sales outcomes, trends and impacts and proactively recommends continuous improvements and best practices 
  • Recruits, develops and manages the efforts of all direct reports towards specific goals and objectives
  • Monitors the annual departmental budget, monitors the plan and implements corrective action as needed to meet financial objectives and goals 
  • Drives continuous process improvement within the sales organization to increase efficiency and effectiveness of team and business results
  • Engage with product group leaders and other key business stakeholders to align on business goals and provide feedback on what will be required for successful execution against booking targets
  • Leverage Salesforce data and analytics to make improvements in sales activities and process 
  • Travel required (approximately 75%) 

YOU'LL BRING:

  • Sales growth-oriented leader who drives rapid change and possesses
  • 8 years of relevant leadership, sales and/or channel management experience 
  • Experience in retail industry working with national retailer chains strongly preferred 
  • Experience in growing existing channels and scaling sales organizations for maximum effectiveness 
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage sales organization, data and track activity preferred 
  • Exceptional collaboration, relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels 
  • Ability to define, develop and lead go-to-market programs with continuous improvement and responsiveness to the market 
  • Capacity to work cross-functionally and leverage internal resources to problem-solve and successfully resolve business challenges 
  • Must be able to handle all requirements associated with frequent out of town travel 
  • Must meet all qualifications of our Driver Safety Policy and consistently maintain a clean driving record, as defined within the policy
