We are currently hiring a Senior Manager, Sales to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!
This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely.

YOU ARE: A high-powered sales professional with extensive experience building relationships and driving revenue. You will be responsible for managing a field sales organization that partners with specific retail partner(s), comprising approximately 25 salespeople across the nation. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the field sales team, optimizing field coverage, measuring sales impact and driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). This role is part of a matrixed organization that will lead a team executing and aligning on a joint strategy supporting multiple sales divisions. To be effective in this role, you must enjoy building and managing teams, sales processes, building and innovating new approaches. You will work cross-functionally with various departments within and outside of sales to achieve strategic objectives and execute against various strategies.
