Position Summary
The Service Technician II is a key associate in providing an outstanding customer experience while providing cost and expense controls. The Service Technician II works on the Property Management team to inspect, troubleshoot and repair various systems and components in our Progress Residential single family homes. Additional residential maintenance and repairs are required as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Provide technical support to customers and address their inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and completed work orders
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment and systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
