Job Description
DH Pace Company, Inc., in Orlando, Florida, is currently looking for a Commercial Service Technician to service doors.
If you have any experience in Construction, as a General Laborer, Service technician, Field Service Technician, Installer, Carpenter, Mechanic, Machinist, Operator, Repairman, Assembly worker, Assembly technician, or any skilled trade, you may find this opportunity to be a great fit for your career!
Job Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, install, and perform maintenance requests on customers’ overhead doors and door hardware.
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that the job site is clean and clear of debris.
- Provide excellent customer service on every job.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. independently.
- The ability to bend, climb, and stand for an extended amount of time.
- 1 year of construction experience preferred; experience using power tools and hand tools is required.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
