We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our team!

This position is primarily remote. Applicants must have the ability to provide their own work environment, internet access, and be able to attend online meetings daily.

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is looking for a Change Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with the Department of Veteran Affairs and have experience working in a remote team environment supporting Information Technology portfolios and portfolio integration efforts. The candidate must be capable of performing as a primary resource on project teams to engage with customers and technical stakeholders to define and deliver desired / required capabilities. Must be a superb self-manager and time manager, while helping to manage others in a remote environment. This position is for a Change Management Analyst that will provide strategic change management support to the agency's mission-oriented business programs or initiatives, educational studies, regulatory or policy studies, health care studies, economic studies, and preparedness studies.

Responsibilities

  • Advises chain-of-command of work details and customer requirements to ensure quality work is delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain the AMO/BIOS Organizational Change Management (OCM) Plan, which shall outline the methodology, change impact analysis, risk summary, resistance management plan, stakeholder engagement strategy, communications plan and training plans.
  • Identify and document each change management strategy and approach.
  • Execute creation of senior leader messaging, communications, and reporting.
  • Conduct change management planning, identification, analysis, responses, monitoring and control for assigned project including supporting tools such as project plans and scrum boards.
  • Responsible for executing the change management tasks by designing, developing, and producing required OCM materials supporting customer participation in outreach, communication activities, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of OCM activities and outreach efforts.
  • Preparing OCM materials, focus group support, stakeholder event planning and facilitation, stakeholder engagement and management, issue and action item tracking.
  • Supports the Program Manager and Business Relations Managers supporting business strategy.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders (customers, teammates, and business partners) to solicit and determine needs, business patterns, and trends.
  • Design and maintain a favorable public image for the organization.
  • Coordinate all OCM activities and events.

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

Years of Experienced Required: 5 years (10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education requirement)

Certifications: Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or similar professional OCM certification

Experience:

  • VA experience (Preferred) or experience with other government entities
  • Prosci PCT and ADKAR Models experience or similar OCM methodology experience
  • Demonstrable OCM project experience with successful outcomes
  • MS Office applications MS SharePoint, Project, etc.
  • Strong oral and written communications
  • Comprehensive interpersonal skills
  • Senior-level problem solving skills
  • Team leadership experience
  • Experience working with customer Leadership Teams
