We are looking for an individual with some finance knowledge to maintain cost/revenue spreadsheets for our individual projects. College degree a plus but not required. Excel skills are a must. Responsibilities

· Obtain budgets from sales reps for each project

· Enter expenses as they are incurred daily

· Enter hours worked and other information from each project daily

· Download and input all credit card expenses for each project

· Book all Travel requirements for each project ie: airfare, Hotel etc

· Prepare weekly reports from data accumulated for weekly management meetings

· Support the CFO in administrative duties to run front office

· And other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
