Job Type: Full-time

Our ideal candidate will have 1 years of experience in a personal injury firm handling pre litigation matters and has had previous experience with:
• Managing 100 cases in pre-litigation;
• Reviewing drafted demands;
• Negotiating settlements;
• Tracking case progression;
• Counsel clients;
• Identify conflicts and determine strategy for successful resolution.

We are also open to candidates with experience in other practices who are driven and
committed to succeed!!!

Experience:
• 1 years of experience with pre litigation personal injury on the Plaintiff’s side, or 1 year
of experience working in a law firm, in any field with a desire to shift into personal injury.
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
