Seeking an Enrollment Representative to enter referrals, handle inbound and outbound calls, review long term services with prospects, additional duties as assigned. This is a remote position - however candidates MUST reside in NY. The work schedule is 9:00 AM -5:30 PM EST.
Essential Functions:
Receive referrals from referral sources.
Verify prospective members eligibility.
Educate prospective members on the services we provide and the enrollment process.
Handle inbound calls as well as complete outbound calls.
Work closely with clinical team and schedule intake nurses.
Bilingual in any language is Preferred
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
Min 2 years of experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Must have a NY State DMV ID
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
