Aviation Technical Customer Service Representative (On-site only)
Location: Delray Beach
Salary $45k to $50k plus full benefits and pays 100% for medical plus 401k with 3% match once there on year
  • Aviation knowledge or experience is preferred but not required. 
  • This is a truly unique opportunity for a self-starter to make their mark in a high-traffic, high-volume office.
  • Needs to be tech savvy and will look at someone out of college with IT background
Customer Service Representative’s key responsibilities include developing customer relationships, solving customer issues, promoting products and services, maintaining job knowledge, reporting to supervisors, and forwarding unresolved queries to specialists.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and manage customer relationship accounts to ensure the health and retention of the membership.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues with little or no supervision.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring customers feel supported and valued.
  • Communicates with other departments to answer customers’ inquiries, solve their problems and fulfill their needs
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service.
  •  Making sales or recommendations for services that may better suit customers’ needs.
  • Accurately log customer interactions into systems; update logged information promptly to track assessment completion, general inquiries, and/or resolution
  • Learn how to conduct phone/online training sessions for technical databases in the aviation market— onboarding new and renewal customers for the database tools.
  • Handle inbound customer support requests via phone or email (70 – 80 % email support)
  • Serve as a technical resource for other team members and departments.
  • Identify and alert the necessary party of global outages, including data-tool outages and provide critical information to operations heads.
  • Assist in conducting six-month reviews of memberships and their renewal potential.
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
  •  Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Handle and maintain special projects given from direct leads, clients, and other departments relating, but not limited to, backend clean-up, CRM (SalesForce) account management, data entry, etc.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, internal activities, reported issues, completed cases/tickets, and any further actions required of management.
