Productive Living Systems, Inc. (PLS) has immediate openings for Drivers. A driver would will transport clients to appointments and events and also have the opportunity to organize client activities. PLS provides residential services for ambulatory adults who have a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or mental illness, that require minimal personal cares. PLS is a 100% employee-owned company offering caregiving services in the mental health field.

Primary Duties for Driver

• Operate company vehicle while practicing safe driving habits and in accordance with traffic laws
• Transport clients to and from destinations (appointments, shopping or social events)
• Attend appointments with clients as needed
• Coordinate with managers to develop a transportation/activity schedule
• Chart daily progress notes and flow sheets
• Monitor/administer medication to clients

Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours dependent on current needs
• Ability to work in the Appleton, Oshkosh and Green Bay areas
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of pre-employment physical, TB test, caregiver background check, and applicable training
