Productive Living Systems is looking for a Property Maintenance person for our Whitewater and Waukesha Programs. Safeguard and maintain the physical condition of properties and equipment according to company guidelines and standards, and protect them from damage, loss, and deterioration. A company vehicle will be provided for traveling to the job locations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completes and documents service requests in a thorough, timely manner
• Identifies and reports building deficiencies or needs to supervisor
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment safely and efficiently, and maintains a clean, safe, well organized work area
• Delivers services with positive, customer focused behavior and teams with co-workers to complete assignments

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Related vocational training and/or work experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude along with basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, drywall repair
• Previous apartment, hotel and/or commercial maintenance experience preferred
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (will discuss schedule during interview)
• Works well with direct supervision as well as independently
• Must pass a caregiver background check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

• 4 hour shift

• On call
• Weekends as needed
