Project Engineering Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced controls and automation professional to join our team and lead the charge in achieving operational excellence for our Lifecycle Services team. This pivotal role demands a candidate with a solid background in manufacturing and automation. The successful candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, manage financials, and optimize resources. Beyond operational responsibilities, this role includes a strategic component, involving business development, client relationship cultivation, and identification of growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery Leadership:Oversee and coordinate the delivery of automation services, ensuring both timeliness and high-quality results.
• Resource Optimization: Optimize service schedules and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their unique requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
• Business Development: Work with account management to identify and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding the company's installed base.
• Proposal Management: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals to potential clients, outlining project scope, pricing, and timelines.

Qualifications:
