Job Description

• Manage and maintain Probity Insurance CRM and online system
• Manage client relationships by demonstrating high commitment to clients by addressing health and welfare benefits issues proactively including resolutions to claims, eligibility, and enrollment issues
• Work with insurance carriers at all levels and gained knowledge about each carrier to be a more effective and efficient consultant for a client

Skills Required

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and oral)
• Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a demanding environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations
• Must be willing to get the license for Health and Benefits in the near future
• Must be reliable

Compensation Package

• Salary based on experience and skillset
