In a collaborative effort, Innovative Training Solutions, LLC, and ProActive Technologies have joined forces to competitively pursue a contract aimed at providing support for the MC-12 Aircrew. The proposed work is slated to be carried out at the 137th Special Operations Wing located at Will Rogers Air National Guard base in Oklahoma City, OK. Upon successfully securing this contract, our objective is to provide essential support to JAVAMAN Tactical System Operators (TSOs) stationed on MC-12 aircraft at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base. Mandated by the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), the contract involves supplying qualified Pilots to assist JAVAMAN TSOs. This strategic initiative aims to alleviate the workload on flying personnel within understaffed career fields by delegating non-flying responsibilities to proficient individuals.

The position listed below is dependent on ProActive Technologies securing the above-mentioned contract.
Summary of Position:
Provide a customer-focused airborne training environment for Tactical System Operator (TSO) Mission Qualification Training (MQT) and Continuation Training (CT) including mission planning, mission pre-briefs, sortie execution and debrief and post-mission documentation. Provide flight operations for maintaining mission qualification in the MC-12W for uniformed aircrew.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pilots' aircraft following standard operating procedures to ensure that flights operate according to all regulations, safety, customer expectations, and company policies.
Follows required procedures to perform pre-flight checks and inspections.
Determines flight routes, speed, take-off, and landing times that will fulfill scheduling requirements.
Completes required documentation and performs post-flight procedures as required.
Effectively communicates and integrates with a ground-based training team.
Evaluates students and mentor/coach as needed.

Knowledge/Experience:
4-7 years related experience.
Strong background in ISR and flight support to SOF required.
Extensive knowledge and experience supporting advanced flight training, working as part of a training team.
Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance operational flight experience
Effective communication and integrate with a ground-based training team.
Must have the capability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
FAA Commercial Pilot certificate with instrument rating or an ATP with 100 hours in type may fulfill Second in Command (SIC) requirements while operating with a qualified PIC who meets the requisite pilot requirements, however a waiver to DCMA 8210.1D co-pilot hours requirement is required.
FAA Medical Certificate appropriate to the level of Pilot Certificate
Qualified as an Aircraft Commander (AC) in the MC-12W or qualified as Pilot in Command (PIC) BE-300or similar type aircraft under the following conditions: BE-300 type-rating and Proline 21 differences certification. 1000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours (all aircraft flown) and 100 hours in similar type aircraft
SOF-experienced Pilots with a BE-300 or 350 Type Rating with Proline 21 certification may be considered
DOD Secret Security Clearance- currently held or ability to attain.
