Pro Resources is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our client, a leading supplier in the electrical and plumbing industry in Elkhart, IN.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

• Walk-In Customer Service : Answering product-related questionsPulling small orders and assisting walk-in customersInputting orders into the computer system
• Phone Support : Handling customer phone callsAnswering product inquiries and cross-selling over the phoneTaking orders and providing product information and quotesCalling on current customers and leads from trade shows
• Supporting Outside Sales : Putting in orders from customersTroubleshooting logistics issuesFilling in for outside salesmen during absencesWorking on price sheets and quotesPacking and unpacking trade show materialsRepresenting the company at trade showsHandling warranty and returned products

Knowledge and Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
• 3 years of experience with electrical components
• Background in electrical wholesalers, electrician work, or electrical engineering
• Sales experience in the RV / Cargo manufacturing sector is a plus
