Job Status : Direct hire
Shift / Compensation : 1st Shift, $55-60k
Location : Roanoke, IN

Job Duties :
- Effectively and accurately semi-monthly payroll using ADP.
- Assist with the collection and analyzation of HR data, such as turnover rates, employee
- engagement, and performance metrics.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with policy enforcement, including coaching, discipline, and offboarding.
- Assist with the introduction and explanation of the employee benefits programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and files
- Provide guidance to employees and leadership related to HR matters.
- Assist with workforce management through attendance, scheduling, and staffing needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive talent management efforts.
Background Profile :
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred. Will consider experience in-lieu of degree.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist
- Proven experience with ADP, preferably, or other HRIS / Payroll system.
- Confident working knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
