Position Summary:

PRO*ACT is looking for an experienced team member for our Sales Operations team! As a Bid and Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

Bid and RFP management

• Primary responsibility of replying to RFP and Bid requests submitted by the national accounts and distribution sales teams. 
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and Sr Management in the development of Bids and RFP responses.
• Understanding of produce pricing and markets.
• Matching items in bids to the appropriate PRO*ACT equivalent.
• Positioning the Bid so that it leverages PRO*ACT contracts and freight advantages.
• Adjustment of Freight and associated fees to maximize profitability and competitiveness of the bid.
• Mapping of distributor product codes to Pro*Act unique codes in development of bids.

Sales Reporting and Analytics

• Preparation of Business Review Reporting and Analytics for distribution and national accounts.
• Report Generation in Tableau, Power BI and PRO*ACTS ERP.
• Customer Based reporting as needed including. 
• Sales Management report creation.
• Responsible for various projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; A.A. degree equivalent experience required
• Five ( ) years bid development and analysis.
• 3 ( ) years of experience in developing produce and/or grocery industry RFP responses.
• Expertise in database software programs (e.g. MS Excel, Tableau, etc)
