Private Label Staff is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative- REMOTE (HOURLY + COMISSION)

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative- REMOTE (HOURLY COMISSION) to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

We have been leading the NY/NJ solar revolution one home at a time. We've been specializing in the design, financing and delivery of affordable home solar and home roofing since 2007. Job Requirements:

  • Contact Homeowners to inform and discuss residential solar and/or roof replacements.
  • Schedule free no obligation consultations to show homeowners what options are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • MUST have Cold Calling experience and is comfortable cold calling
  • Money motivated - uncapped commission structure plus hourly base paid weekly
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to handle and overturn objections
  • No fear of rejection and comfortable with cold calling
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must be computer/tech savvy
  • Must be able to hard wire via ethernet cord
  • Must have a quiet space to work
  • This position is ideal for someone who's been in a canvassing sales role as well.
