Responsibilities:

Wait on customers and invoice customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to cus
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and [insert other language] is a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Able to pull orders and lift 50lbs

Must be able to clean store
