We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly dedicated and self-motivated HR Intern to join our team. This 3 month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training.  It's an excellent chance to apply yourself in a real-world setting, enhancing your professional skills and understanding of workplace dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts.
• Support with new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Participate in the organization and execution of company events and meetings.
• Assist with creating training material. 
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related goals and initiatives. 
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize.
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail in handling sensitive data and documents.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Bonus: have a background in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration.

Working Conditions:

• Fully remote
• Hourly - 10 to 20 hours per week
• Must be US-based and able to work CST
