Takingincoming calls fromclients

Providingrequested material via email fax ormail

Utilizingthe company database to document call information in a paperlessenvironment

Resolvingproblems and assisting customers withquestions

Additionalsupport duties asassigned.

Requirements

Requirements :

Aminimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferably in acall centerenvironment

Proficiencywith Windows 8 10 or11

Per theclient s request the ability to pass a criminal backgroundinvestigation and a drug screen (whenapplicable)

Punctualand continuous attendance isMANDATORY.

Highschool diploma orGED
