Position: Physical Therapist

Administers to patients, according to medical orders, various evaluations and therapeutic procedures and maintains agency records on patients. Supports Agency’s mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.

Locations: available cases in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Long Island, Staten Island, Nassau and Westchester

PRIORITY CARE REHAB STAFFING offers:

• Potentially can earn up to 125k per year.
• Incentives up to $500 dollars (Upon Discussion with the Operations Manager)
• Provide assistance in processing independent contractor requirements.
• NO minimums or Quotas.
• Weekly Direct Deposit
• Will assist you on billing process.
• Provided 30 minutes EMR Training. (Geriatrics)
• Friendly user EMR.

• Salary: Up to $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
• Preferably an independent contractor (1099) or (W2 can be an option)
• We will shoulder the fees and processing your 1099 documents ( LLC, IRS )
• Preferably an iPhone user.
