Printville is Hiring a PRINT SHOP CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (WNC) Near Hendersonville, NC

Printville is a solid, proven, and reputable company with over 15 years of success and customer loyalty. We are expanding and seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual needs to have the highest level of commitment to customer service excellence and believes in fostering growth, pride and productivity in the company.

What you'll be doing:
Our CSR's primary responsibility is to manage in-house print orders for customers in a fast-paced environment. CSRs work with customers and clients directly to maintain scope of orders, quickly absorb and calculate order specifications. We provide our solutions to both consumers and businesses that will benefit from many of our full product and service offerings: digital and offset printing, creative design, direct / bulk mailing solutions, architectural reproductions, wide format color production (vinyl and other substrates).

  • Coordinates all orders for the purpose of ensuring that they are completed on time and within specifications.
  • Deliver completed printed material for the purpose of making the products available to the customer.
  • Maintains manual and electronic documents, files and records for the purpose of providing an archival reference and audit trail.
  • Check accuracy of billing and help resolve billing issues on all jobs.
  • Assist sales department with accounts by sharing new information, contacting clients, visiting their clients and hosting and attending community events.
  • Communicate on regular basis with Operations & ProductionTeams regarding client concerns. Introduce innovative support ideas and follow-up on unsettled issues.

What you'll need:

  • 1-3 years experience in commercial and retail print industry customer service or related experience
  • Must be a team player, able to work in an open, supportive environment
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, EFI PrintSmith (or equivalent order mgmt. system), knowledge of both Mac & Windows Operating Systems.
  • Superior customer service ability and experience in handling client both over the phone, in person, and over email.
  • Ability to quickly perform basic math and absorb order specifications in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in fulfilling customer needs.
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about department capability and company to potential and existing clients
  • Highly developed organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining focus.
  • Positive attitude towards daily work, co-workers, and clients.
  • Telephone, fax, and personal computer skills are essential.
