Principal Builders Solutions Inc is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Washington, DC

Job Description:

  • Manage and lead project team to achieve outstanding project outcomes
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope
  • Client relationship management
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, team members, sub-contractors, and more
  • Research sub-contractors/vendors and report research to upper management
  • Work with sub-contractors/vendors and delegate their responsibilities
  • Responsible for effectively resolving any delays, emergencies, and issues that may arise
  • Will maintain and comply with OSHA safety guidelines, building codes, and legal requirements
  • Responsible for developing and implementing a project-specific safety culture and plan
  • Will track and report project progress and discuss technical matters with project team, client(s), and upper management via ProCore, email, and phone calls
  • Will prepare budgets, cost estimates, change events, schedules, RFI's, punch lists, and more while informing necessary team-members of the above
  • Must be willing and prepared to assist with tasks necessary to achieve goals and success
  • Will oversee and manage all on-site deliveries
  • Will be point-person responsible for communicating with and representing PBS to inspectors

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a construction project manager/superintendent with an in depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
  • Proficiency in:
    • ProCore
    • Google Suite
    • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • OSHA 30 (Required)

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

$95,000 to $120,000 per year salary subject to negotiation
