Job Summary: General Customer Service Representative will work closely with Customer Service Assistant Manager and Customer Service Manager to oversee all the Customer Service personnel on all shifts.
Essential Functions:
Answer all incoming calls.
Support and provide superior service for both billing and general customer service related issues.
Keep clients informed on the process of resolving their inquiry.
Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
Meet commitments to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
Perform all inbound call center functions and handle inquiries from patients, clients, and sales force members including but not limited to:
Result inquiries
Schedule pickups FedEx, Sherute courier, and regional courier
Place supply orders
Account leads
Assist with questions regarding accounts
Answer all FAQs via script
Screen calls accordingly, identify the nature of the issue/inquiry, and if necessary escalate and transfer to the appropriate department or party.
Maintain a professional attitude at all times when dealing with clients.
Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
Adhere to all company policies.
Attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts essential.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform data entry as backup if needed.
Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Administration Management team.
Job Qualifications: General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) required
Well developed ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong organizational skills and detail orientation are of the highest importance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills.
Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision making ability.
Computer proficiency in MS office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions.

Education and Experience:
At least 2 years of college.
One year of related work experience, preferable in sales and marketing, technical, customer service, or operations support capacity.
