POSITION PROPOSITION :

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in the Primoris Utilities segment.

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process within our organization.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and exceptional diligence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the entirety of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates to support Recruiting Business Partners.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions.

Education & Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, will consider tangible experience.
• Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems such as UKG, or other competitive system.
• Proficient with standard applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
