POSITION SUMMARY:
The Design Manager will serve as a Mentor and Leader for the Design group within PRE’s internal Engineering team and facilitate mentorship, guidance and training for new and existing team members, organize for the team’s workflow and project allocation, and also provide a feedback channel to company leadership. He/She is responsible for the team’s development, calculation, implementation, preparation and revision of Utility scale & Distributed Generation photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Storage system designs for proposal level efforts as well as detailed designs for construction purposes.
