Job Description

Primland’s Junior Mountaineer Club provides kids with the opportunity to experience the magic of Primland while parents enjoy some much-needed downtime or other activities catered to our adult guests.

Through the Junior Mountaineers Club, kids can partake in some of the resort’s most-beloved activities such as horseback riding, archery, gardening and pond-fishing.

You will be assisting the camp supervisor in daily activities with kids ages 6-12 years old with both a half day and a full day option.

Qualifications

Job Duties :

Assist the camp supervisor in organizing activities

Supervise Mountaineers during meals

Assist in overseeing up to 12 kids at a time

Oversee safety during activities while the supervisor is guiding activities.

Mediates any campers’ disputes

Knows, enforces, and follows all safety guidelines associated with the camp program, including knowing the whereabouts of your Mountaineers at all times.

Help plan and lead activities, crafts, and games.

Skills / Qualifications :

At Least 18 years of age

Experience with younger kids

Alertness

Communication Skills

Mediation Skills

Ability to perform a variety of tasks outside in various climates

Caring Personality

Patience

Stamina

Maturity

Education and Experience Requirements

CPR Certified

Be able to pass a background check

Be able to pass a drug test

Drivers License
