We have a job opportunity available for a General Manager located at the Richmond International Airport. We offer internal promotion opportunities and a competitive wage. Some current lines of business that the successful candidate would be responsible for managing include but are not limited to; Wheelchair Services, Cabin Cleaning, Passenger/Customer Service, and Baggage handling.

The RIC General Manager reports to the Regional Vice President and oversees the operation of all commercial airline contract(s). This Individual must possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment, partnering with senior management, and is accountable for the following essential functions:

Compensation:

Education/Experience:
Associate degree or higher. High school diploma or equivalent may be substituted with four years of relevant experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Math Ability:
Ability to understand and analyze financial operations, profit, and loss statements, customer invoices, and other mathematical functions necessary to manage the
airport operation.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Computer Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Online Timekeeping, and Outlook, sufficient to write letters, organize schedules, and perform other tasks related to payroll and
operations.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid State Driver’s License with a verifiable safe vehicle operating record.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct or indirect supervision of all on-site PrimeFlight personnel.
